How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days, then arrive in 5-7 business days with standard shipping, or 2-3 business days with expedited shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States. Email us if you're elsewhere — we're working on it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away and we'll do what we can.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after that ($5.95, free on orders over $75), or choose expedited shipping for 2-3 business days ($14.95).

Right now we ship within the United States. If you're reaching us from further away, send us a note at hello@peacefultide.com — we're happy to see what we can work out.
Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@peacefultide.com with your order number and we'll send along the next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5-7 business days once we receive your return.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no explanation required.
Are sale items final sale?
Yes, sale items and gift cards are final sale.
