Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow along.

Returns & Exchanges
If something doesn't feel right — the fit, the fabric, the fit for this season of your life — you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at hello@peacefultide.com with your order number and we'll send along the next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive your return, usually within 5-7 business days.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no explanation required.
